Podcast Studio Booking – Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings & Payments

All podcast studio bookings must be made in advance via our website or approved booking channels. Full payment or deposit (if applicable) is required to secure your booking.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the booking may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking time may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time will be charged 100% of the booking fee.
  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the booking fee.

3. Studio Use

  • Clients must arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time.
  • The studio must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
  • Any damage to equipment or the studio will be charged accordingly.

4. Recording & Deliverables

  • Podcast recordings will be delivered as outlined in your selected package.
  • Editing includes video and audio sync, colour grading, and cutting between guests.
  • Any further editing, including cutting out mistakes to provide full podcast edits, will be subject to an additional charge.
  • Up to 2 revisions are included. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

5. Raw Files

  • All raw audio and video files will be deleted 14 days after your session.
  • If you would like to receive the raw files, this must be requested prior to your session.
  • A $50 fee applies for raw file delivery.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or failure of client-provided content, equipment, or data.

Photography Studio Booking – Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings & Payments

All photography studio bookings must be made in advance. Payment or deposit is required to confirm your booking.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • More than 48 hours notice: reschedule at no cost.
  • Less than 48 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee may apply.
  • Less than 24 hours notice: 100% of booking fee charged.
  • No-shows: 100% of booking fee charged.

3. Studio Use

  • Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.
  • The space must be left in its original condition.
  • Any damages will be charged to the client.

4. Photography & Deliverables

  • Edited images will be delivered as per your selected package.
  • Editing styles are at the discretion of the photographer unless agreed otherwise.

5. Liability

We are not responsible for personal belongings brought into the studio.

6. Agreement

By confirming your booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
